Have you spent countless times looking for a way to create an email signature for your small business, hobby, or non profit? SigBuzz is innovation at it's finest!
Branding is an important topic to consider. All to often we spend time on the outwardly things like website, letter heads, business cards, and advertisement but sometimes we forget that our email signature sees a lot of daily action. Let's say you're a small business owner and each of your employees have different email signatures. No big deal right? Probably not except sometimes that is the first impression you have with a new client or vendor. It's your basic calling card so you have to use it as the tool it provides for branding.
SigBuzz has developed a cool software and application to manage all the signatures in one central location using an extension for Gmail, Google Apps, and Microsoft Outlook. It currently is in Beta which means…you better sign up before they start charging!
Here are some benefits:
- Email Signature Management
- Professional Email Signatures
- Integrated Marketing Tool
- Signature Analytics
- Email Widgets
- Social Network Integration
They have several professionally designed templates you can plug and play or if you're a HTML wizard you can customize as you see fit. It truly makes it an easy process if your not the “tech” of the bunch!
It is pretty easy to get going:
- Go to http://www.sigbuzz.me/downloads
- Select what extension you want to download (Outlook or Gmail)
- If you select Gmail follow these instructions: https://www.sigbuzz.me/download-googlechrome-extension
- Choose your design. Save.
- Your off the races.
Overall there are too many cool things to share within one blog post but none the less I've just recently started using this. Over time it will evolve with my email usage in creating several different templates. I enjoyed seeing this application originally in the Google Apps Marketplace and thought that others would find it useful to their needs.
So proclaim yourself today, add a visual touch, and incorporate your social media strategies in your email signature!
